Over the last few weeks, I decided to be brutal and unsubscribe from a whole bunch of emails that I just wasn't reading. Some were from retailers I know an trust, others from places I gave my email to when I ordered something. The unsubscribe experience went from the sublime to the infuriating. For some, all it took was a simple click. Others wanted me to jump through more hoops than a show dog. And some are still sending me emails, despite taking my name off the list. This is bad.
